The project discussed about the Chinese American dream, and raises concerns of the social and physical environment of China Town where large numbers of Chinese immigrants live today. The core question of this project: is the current living environment really what Chinese people dreamed of?
The photography style mimics the style in the 90s, capturing segments of life in NYC China Town today. News discussing about issues in China Town are also gathered to support the core discussion on Chinese American Dream vs. Reality.
